Jim Catanzaro serves as a Shareholder with Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C., a full-service law firm dedicated to developing strategic partnerships that deliver practical, effective results for our clients.
Outside the office, he is driven by a deep belief in living with purpose, giving back, and supporting missions that strengthen our community. This passion led him to Goodwill, an organization that directly empowers individuals by providing job training, self-sufficiency, and a renewed sense of purpose. He is privileged to serve as Chair of the Board, working alongside CEO Gena Weldon and her incredible team to advance this vital work

Gena is the transformative leader of Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area. For 16 years, she has dedicated her career to Goodwill, fostering economic empowerment, driving strategic growth, and championing the mission of transforming potential into opportunity.
A first-generation college graduate from Ider, Alabama, she earned her bachelor's from Tennessee Wesleyan University and her MBA from the University of Alabama. Her background spans finance, accounting, and managing her family’s 300-acre farm, experiences that shape her empathetic, strategic approach to community leadership.
