Goodwill looking to fill several positions in North GA; hiring events upcoming

The Goodwill Opportunity Center announced that it will host two hiring events in Dalton, Georgia.

Those hiring events will take place on the following dates and times:

Tuesday, April 7 — 10:00am to 2:00pm
Friday, April 10 — 10:00am to 3:00pm

Hiring events will take place at the Goodwill Opportunity Center, located inside the Goodwill store at 1001 Market Street, in the Market Street Shoppes of Dalton.

On April 7, Goodwill will partner with Randstad, offering on-site interviews for general machine operators, creelers, and tufting machine operators. Pay starts at $15-$18 per hour.

On April 10, Goodwill will partner with Express Employment to offer on-site interviews for numerous positions. Those include:

Tufting machine operators — $14-$17/hour
Creelers — $12-$14/hour
Lift truck operators — $14-$17/hour
Menders — $13-15/hour
Extusion operators — $15-$17/hour
Shipping clerks — $15-$17/hour
Warper operators — $13-$15/hour

These are positions for Dalton, Chatsworth, Lafayette and Ringgold locations.
