Chattanooga Goodwill Industries has a variety of programs for students of all ages.

Goodwill has an ongoing partnership with Hamilton County's character education initiative to provide disability awareness education to public school students in grades K-12. As part of this program, Goodwill hosts the annual Smile Week donation drive as an official service learning project.

Opportunities also exist for local college students who are interested in internships in public relations or writing or with the Goodwill Assistance Dog Academy.
