After the loss of her dad and a battle with the isolation that comes with grief, Latoria Williams was ready to get back on her feet. Through Vocational Rehab, Latoria came to Goodwill with the hope of finding a job.

Through Vocational Adjustment Training with Goodwill, Latoria earned a certificate of completion for the Microsoft Word Office (2016) module in NorthStar Digital Literacy. She completed her goal and joined our team as a sales associate at the East Brainerd store!

“Goodwill has helped me be more social," said Latoria, "I love meeting new people and my customers."



The training did not stop there, Latoria continues to embody our core value of continuous improvement, constantly willing to learn and grow in her position.
